Email Signature Generator

Instructions
  1. Type your information into the form on the left, and it will generate your email signatures for both Echo Delta and CNP.
  2. Select all the contents inside the square of the signature you want to use. Copy the text and paste into your desired email program. See additional instructions in Google Mail if needed.
  3. Some email programs have issues when pasting HTML. Use the raw HTML tab to grab the source code directly if needed.

Bonus Tip! Use the color selection to create email signatures in different colors. This will help you distinguish when sending mail as Echo Delta vs. CNP.

Only provide your name before the @ symbol. Your full email address will be generated based on the company.
If you have an office phone, type your extension number without any prefix. Do not include the main office line number.
Use periods for your separator. Example: 863.123.4567
